SOT Foundation Series
The SOT Foundation Series provides the essential groundwork for understanding and applying Sacro Occipital Technique in practice.
The series is delivered over three separate weekend seminars:
Categories – The Basis of SOT – Category I, Category II and Category III.
CMRT – Chiropractic Manipulative Reflex Technique
Cranial – The Foundation of Cranials
Whether you are learning SOT for the first time or returning to refresh, refine and deepen your clinical skills, these three sessions provide a strong practical foundation in the principles, assessment procedures and hands on application of SOT
How the Foundation Series Works
To complete the Foundation Series, delegates must attend all three weekend sessions: Categories, CMRT and Cranial.
You are welcome to attend the full series in one location, or you may mix and match locations and dates to suit your availability.
For example, you may complete Categories & CMRT in one location, and Cranial in a different location.
Important: Categories must be completed first, as it is the prerequisite for both CMRT and Cranial.
Can’t attend 1 session? If you are unable to attend one of your selected sessions, you may defer that session to the next available Foundation Series, subject to SOTO Australasia’s deferral policy.
When registering, please select one date and location for each of the following:
1. Categories
2. CMRT
3. Cranial
Your full Foundation Series registration will include all three sessions.
New Delegates / First Time Attending SOT
If this is your first time completing the SOT Foundation Series, you must register for the full series, which includes all three sessions: 1. Categories, 2. CMRT, 3. Cranial
Categories must be completed first, as it is a prerequisite before progressing and provides the foundation for CMRT and Cranial.
Returning / Refresher SOT Delegates
If you have previously completed the full SOT Foundation Series, you are welcome to register for individual sessions as a refresher.
Returning delegates may choose to attend one, two or all three sessions to refresh, refine and deepen their SOT skills.
To register for a single session, please contact the office for assistance. You will be asked to provide the year you previously completed Categories for authorisation.
If it has been more than 10 years since you completed the Foundation Series, we highly recommend completing the full series again. While the core content has not changed, the way it is taught has evolved, giving returning delegates a fresh opportunity to refine their skills, update their understanding and get even more from the series.
